To guarantee a flawless result, we’ve simplified configuration and installation by dividing them into two clear phases. Each phase will correspond to a separate order, and materials will be delivered in two shipments:
PHASE 1: You’ll configure your sail and receive the anchors and fastening materials.
PHASE 2: You’ll confirm the anchor measurements, and receive your custom sail and motorised system.
This approach allows you to install the anchors before finalising the exact sail dimensions, ensuring precise installation with zero margin for error.
Yes, fabric samples will be sent to you with your PHASE 1 order, allowing you to assess the quality and colour in person. After installing the anchors and taking the final measurements, you’ll be able to confirm your choice of fabric and colour directly in your user dashboard, at no extra cost.
Your Zefira roll-up sail will be delivered and installed in around 15 days, including both phases of the process.
Producing a custom-made sail involves several steps. To avoid longer-than-expected lead times, we recommend designing and ordering your sail during the low season (from September to March), if possible. Off-season prices are often more favourable, and you may also benefit from special discounts and offers.
We recommend starting by planning your anchoring system. Design the position of the wall plates or support poles. This makes it easy to take accurate measurements between each anchoring point. The system will then automatically calculate the correct size for your sail.
In some cases, it’s possible. We recommend contacting us to check the technical feasibility based on your space.
No problem! Zefira is completely self-powered thanks to its integrated solar panel with battery, which powers the motor without the need for electrical connections. This means you can install it anywhere, even in areas far from power sockets, while still ensuring reliable and sustainable operation.
You can control the sail using the included remote, through the integrated anemometer for automatic operation, or from your smartphone.
No, it’s not necessary to take down the sails. However, in case of snow or very low temperatures, we recommend keeping the sail closed and protecting it with the custom-made case. This helps safeguard it from the elements and ensures greater durability over time.
According to Article 49, letter m of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products. Custom-made sails are created specifically for each customer based on precise dimensions tailored to individual needs. We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements before and during the ordering process. Don’t worry!
